Unlike traditional fashion retailers, Brazil Fashion Boutique operates with a constantly changing inventory of more than 2,500 products. Most items are available only once and are not restocked, making inventory accuracy and efficient product management essential to the business. With significant annual revenue, the boutique needed an e-commerce platform capable of supporting its extensive, frequently changing product catalog while integrating seamlessly with its physical retail operations.
Project Scope: Shopify Website Design & POS Integration. We developed a customized Shopify store with organized product collections, advanced filtering by size, color, and product type, and a mobile-responsive shopping experience. A major component of the project involved migrating the boutique’s physical store point-of-sale system from Clover to Shopify POS, creating a unified platform for managing online and in-store inventory.
The completed project transformed Brazil Fashion Boutique’s retail operations by bringing its physical store and e-commerce business together under Shopify. The migration from Clover to Shopify POS established a centralized inventory management system, helping the boutique maintain consistent stock quantities across both sales channels. This was particularly important for a business selling thousands of one-of-a-kind products that cannot easily be replenished.
With its Shopify website launched in March 2024, Brazil Fashion Boutique gained an integrated retail platform designed to support its unique merchandising model, simplify inventory management, and deliver a more consistent shopping experience online and in-store.
Website Redesigned in October 2026.
