BFF Company is an online store for female lingerie. They offer unique lingerie designed in Brazil to the USA market.
The CEO of the company, Alciana, contacted me regarding their Shopify website for a site audit to help improve the buyer experience on the website and the site’s conversion rates.
We conducted a thorough review of their current website to point out areas of improvement and a much needed overall website redesign. Their website at the time had only been minimally setup and it lacked better categorization, product filtering, branding identity, buyer’s journey, information regarding website security, shipping options, among other things that were causing friction to the online customer buying process and hurting BFF Company’s revenue.
After identifying the major areas where we should focus first, we decided to revamp the entire website starting with choosing a premium Shopify Theme that would allow for an elevated customer experience and tidy up the website presentation.
After initial evaluation, we prepared a proposal of work for BFF Company to have their website redesigned, their products better categorized, their user experience elevated on the website with the aim to improve their customer online shopping experience and increase website conversions.

BFF Company’s new Shopify website design was launched on, July 25th 2022 with great feedback from their loyal customers and the company’s management and CEO.
We continue to monitor conversion rates on the site and are preparing further optimizations to remove other frictions and therefore elevate the online shopping experience as well as lower the site cart abandonment rate and increase company revenue.
